Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance regarding vehicle sales, service, insurance, and other dealership services.
• Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, follow-ups, enquiries, and customer feedback.
• Conduct customer follow-up after vehicle delivery and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect and record customer feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Graduate preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil language.
