Job Summary

DeFINER Properties is looking for an experienced Female CRM Executive with excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, post-sales activities, documentation coordination and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the property lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking through possession and handover.
• Handle customer queries, requests and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, Legal and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Track booking documentation, payment schedules and customer requirements.
• Coordinate payment follow-ups and documentation with customers.
• Provide timely project-related updates to customers.
• Maintain customer follow-up schedules and interaction records.
• Manage post-sales communication and customer support activities.
• Prepare CRM reports, MIS and periodic customer status reports.
• Monitor pending customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments for closure.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
