Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
• Contribute to meeting team targets and service quality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of interactions in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in inside sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (Sunday fixed off or as per process).
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
