Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customersin a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Build andmaintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide information about products, offers, and services.
- Coordinate with store staffto ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experiencein customer service, customer support, or customer relationship management.
- Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
