Customer Relationship Executive

Position: Customer Relation Executive

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly customer engagement targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for customer interaction.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or client relations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
