Primary Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients and potential customers for sales follow-ups and service inquiries

• Maintain records of calls and customer details

• Coordinate with sales team and provide backend support

• Follow up with branch offices to ensure timely updates and smooth coordination

• Prepare and share reports with internal teams on call outcomes and sales updates

• Handle incoming queries professionally and resolve issues when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (sales or customer support preferred)

• Fluent in English

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
