Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer relationships and ensure an excellent experience for KTM & Triumph customers from enquiry to delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Manage customer data, leads and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, bookings and deliveries.
• Make follow-up calls for leads, customer feedback and pending enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Drive customer referrals, repeat enquiries and service retention.
• Coordinate customer test rides, events, rides and dealership activities.
• Collect and monitor customer feedback and resolve/ escalate issues appropriately.
• Maintain daily CRM/MIS reports and follow-up status.
• Support customer engagement activities for KTM & Triumph.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship / automobile / premium retail sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English and Hindi communication.
• Customer-focused, presentable and confident personality.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
• Candidates with experience in KTM, Triumph, premium automotive, hospitality or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives
Location: Mandi, Himachal Pradesh

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
