Customer Relationship Executive

• Guide prospective students and parents on course programs, career paths, and admission criteria.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to convert inquiries into active enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and pipeline status in the database.
• Conduct regular check-ins with interested candidates to answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, or Humanities preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
• Natural relationship-building, empathy, and convincing capabilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
