Customer Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Interfaces with customers through the following initiatives:

o   Addresses all queries raised by customers through toll free call and other online platforms and escalates as applicable

o   Collates key customer data and wishes them on special occasions

o   Makes random calls to customers to check product satisfaction levels

• Tracks lead generated by social media marketing/ ATL-BTL promotions

o   Tracks toll free calls

o   Tracks social media-FB, Insta, Linkedin, You Tube, India mart, Website

• Provides inputs on leads to impact conversion

o   Verifies leads and creates lead in CRM for the sales team

o   Share brochure and other content with prospective customer

o   Allocates specific lead to the appropriate sales person for conversion and communicates the same

• Collates lead data for approval of the state head

• Tracks customer interface through influencer meets, electrician meets:

o   Assists in coordination of the meet, if applicable

o   Collates data generated by these meets and verifies authenticity of the same

o   Checks customer feedback and updates CRM system

• Takes responsibility for proper distribution of POS materials:

o   Assists in inventory management by checking the utilisation

o   Tracks distribution of POS as per allocation

• Participates in improvement projects involving cross functional collaboration

• Keeps self, updated through continuous learning and critical exposure to contribute to current and future business imperatives

• Performs all such duties required for this role as per the changing business requirements and strategic objectives of the Organisation
