Customer Relationship Executive

Experience: 6 months - 2 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM professional to manage leads, customer data, follow-ups and sales-related records.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.

· Track leads through different stages of the sales process.

· Coordinate and follow up with customers and sales team.

· Maintain daily/weekly follow-up schedules.

· Update enquiry, quotation and customer status regularly.

· Identify duplicate, incomplete or outdated customer data.

· Prepare basic CRM/MIS reports for management.

· Coordinate with Sales, Estimation and Project teams for required information.

· Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills

· Good data-entry and MS Excel skills.

· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Basic understanding of CRM and sales processes.

· Organized and target-oriented approach.

Experienced Candidates: 6 months -2 years of relevant CRM, sales coordination or customer relationship experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, PEB, construction or infrastructure, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
