Positions Available

• Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
• Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
• Support customer retention and engagement activities.
• Represent Susrutha Ayurveda professionally and courteously.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language handling/communication skills are required.
• Customer service or relationship management experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
