Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relations Executive to manage customer enquiries, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the project journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about projects and services.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
• Coordinate between customers and internal project/site teams.
• Maintain accurate customer details, enquiry records, and follow-up updates.
• Schedule client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Keep customers updated about project progress, schedules, and related activities.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
• Support the sales and marketing team in converting enquiries into potential customers.
• Prepare regular customer follow-up and status reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
