Diploma / bachelors degree in engineering (Metallurgy / Mechanical / Production / Foundry / Steel preferred) • 0–1 year of experience in B2B / industrial sales (Foundry / Steel exposure preferred) • Freshers with good technical understanding may also be considered • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer servicing and support for foundry sales in the assigned region (North or East/North-East). • Visit customers regularly for trials, restart of business, new business development, and technical follow-ups. • Coordinate for order execution, dispatch tracking, and customer requirement closure. • Support in resolving customer complaints/issues through coordination with internal teams (Quality, Production, R&D, Dispatch). • Identify new customer opportunities and support market development activities to improve market share. • Maintain regular customer connect and ensure timely follow-up on leads, trials, and repeat orders. • Provide structured feedback from the market and customers to the sales team for business improvement. • Ensure timely reporting of visits, trial status, business pipeline, and customer updates to the reporting manager
