Job description:
Manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. Key contact for inquiries, issues, and promoting products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver organization details to persuade potential customers
• Explain about clients and answer customer questions
• Obtain customer info (name, address) and fix appointments
• Answer telephone calls from prospects solicited via ads
• Telephone/write to respond to correspondence or follow up initial contacts
• Day-to-day work: reporting, team/Board meetings, flexible admin/support
• Staff appraisals and appropriate training

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per year
