Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with spa bookings, memberships, wellness packages, and service inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized wellness guidance.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to improve client retention and generate repeat business.
• Promote spa therapies, wellness packages, memberships, and seasonal offers to increase sales and client engagement.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure a smooth and satisfying guest experience.
• Coordinate with therapists, reception, and management teams to maintain high service standards.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate client records, appointments, and follow-up details.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service, wellness, and hospitality industry.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends or rotational shifts when required.
• 0.5 to 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred.
