Customer Relationship Executive

A Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for interacting with customers, resolving queries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role is suitable for freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat
• Maintain positive relationships with customers
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain customer records and update CMS systems
• Explain company products or services clearly

Required Skills

• Good Communication skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Make inbound and outbound calls
• Language fluency: Malayalam &English
• Confidence in speaking and presenting on camera.
• Attractive incentive structure based on preformance
• Experience preferred but not mandatory
