Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling customer queries, coordinating service requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to address customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing, deliveries, feedback, and pending issues.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in customer relationship management, dealership, sales, or service operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of automobile dealership processes.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
