Customer Relationship Executive

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Maintain and update customer database and records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and feedback
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support
• Manage customer data in Excel, CRM, or software systems
• Resolve customer complaints and provide quick solutions
• Prepare daily calling and customer interaction reports
• Support marketing and promotional activities through customer communication
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
