Job Responsibilities

• Call customers for service reminders, due services and follow-ups.
• Make PSF (Post Service Follow-up) calls after vehicle delivery/service completion.
• Properly handle PSF calls and collect customer feedback and satisfaction details.
• Identify customer complaints or concerns during PSF and coordinate with the Service Advisor/Service Manager for proper resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, PSF, feedback and complaints in the system.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending service requirements and future service needs.
• Contact customers for service campaigns, AMC, pre-service and other service-related activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up of missed calls and customer enquiries.
• Maintain good customer relationships and support customer retention.
• Encourage satisfied customers to provide Google Reviews.
• Coordinate with the Service, Sales and other departments for customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Ensure professional communication and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Achieve assigned calling, PSF, customer satisfaction and follow-up targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Good follow-up skills, patience and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
