Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, follow up with leads and existing customers, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer responses.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments and test drives.
• Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.
• Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
• Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service and other departments whenever required.
• Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up and conversion reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in automobile, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
