Customer onboarding after booking
Maintain complete and updated customer data in CRM
Coordinate agreements and documentation
Track payment schedules, reminders and overdue payments
Manage customer queries and complaints
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects and CRM teams
Send construction and project updates
Coordinate registration process
Manage pre-possession and handover process
Maintain complete customer interaction history
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports
Track customer satisfaction and feedback
Identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
