Good knowledge of google Sheets.
Maintaining databases, including contact detail and all details of customers
Basic knowledge of Computer MS Office, Excel, Power point, internet suffering
Good communications skills
Expert in handling Customer queries online/e offline
Expert in handling phone calls and emails of clients in Hindi and English
