Customer Relationship Executive

Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a professional and timely resolution of customer issues. The Customer Relationship Executive will maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, collect feedback, and support customer satisfaction initiatives. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, preparing updates or status reports, and maintaining accurate records of customer communications. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, supporting business development activities, and representing the company’s values in all client-facing interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Prior experience in consulting, accounting, or professional services environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
