Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Sales

ChargeJet Energy is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for EV charging solutions, from the initial customer enquiry to final order closure.

The candidate will handle qualified customer leads, understand their requirements, recommend suitable EV charging solutions, explain products and pricing, negotiate commercials, manage follow-ups, and ensure successful conversion. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, as this is a high-value, end-to-end sales position.

The CRE will also coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution, while maintaining accurate CRM records and regularly tracking the sales pipeline.

The position carries a minimum target of 2 successful sales conversions per month. Candidates with experience in high-ticket sales, automobile, EV, telecom, banking, insurance, inside sales, or customer-facing sales would be relevant.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
