Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and positive approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage customer queries efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
