What they need
CRE – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend jewellery
- Handle enquiries and follow up with customers
- Maintain customer database and sales leads
- Make calls/WhatsApp follow-ups for enquiries and old customers
- Inform customers about new collections, offers and schemes
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with sales and billing teams
- Support repeat sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Jewellery showroom experience preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Telugu & English preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Presentable and professional personality
- Sales-oriented and target-focused
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: Based on experience and skills
Location: Manikonda
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
