Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare quotations for crane servicing, repairs, spare parts, and related requirements.
• Follow up with customers on pending quotations and service inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Maintain customer databases, service records, quotation details, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, breakdown complaints, and job status.
• Maintain daily calling and reporting records using MS Excel.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
• Experience in quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
• Crane, automobile, heavy equipment, or machinery dealership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
