Customer Relationship Executive

• Welcome customers visiting the Hyundai service centre.
• Attend to customer enquiries and direct them to the concerned Service Advisor.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly reception area.
• Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders and appointment bookings.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Confirm service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending service bookings.
• Contact customers after vehicle servicing to collect feedback.
• Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention activities.
• Maintain customer contact details and service appointment records.
• Update customer information in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM software.
• Maintain daily telecalling and appointment reports.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding customer appointments and vehicle arrivals.
• Inform customers about scheduled service dates and timings.
• Assist the service team in improving appointment conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports on calls made, appointments booked and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain call records and other relevant documents.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Service Manager.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
