Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Industry: Gold Ornaments Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit existing jewellery customers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Collect feedback on jewellery quality, designs, and services.
• Understand customer requirements and address complaints.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Order Processing, and Dispatch teams.
• Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and customer retention.
• Submit regular customer visit and feedback reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
