Customer relationship Executive

Atlantis Bioscience is a company formed in 2016. We are both a distributor and manufacturer of high quality scientific products for today’s translational research. We are looking for a self-driven, motivated and proactive individual to help drive sales and business development side

Requirements:

• A Biomedical Science or Biotechnology diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about scientific advancement, including mammalian cell culture i.e. cell therapy, molecular and protein biology
• Proactive attitude to learn and improve process.
• Outgoing personality will be a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment

Tasks and activities:

• Develop sales and marketing campaigns for biomedical/life science in Singapore
• Enhance relationships within customer based in NUS/NTU/Astar
• Understanding the needs of researchers in Singapore
• Understanding of current research industry and grants will be an big advantage
• Keep up-to-date with scientific literatures and advancement in the scientific field of interest of the company
• Keep in touch with key customers via regular telephone calls, email contact or online discussion
• Regular sales visits to existing and new customers supported by scientists
• Administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
