Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with 1-2 years of experience in sales calling, lead generation, and customer relationship management, preferably in the painting, interior design, or real estate industry.
Key Requirements:
Make sales calls and generate leads for home improvement services.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
