Job Summary
Royal Drive is looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate customer appointments.
• Maintain customer information, CRM records, and daily MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely responses to enquiries.
• Ensure effective lead management and minimize lead leakage.
• Build positive customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM; freshers may apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good follow-up and coordination skills.
