Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer interactions over the phone, maintain good relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive customer calls professionally.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Follow up with customers regularly and provide timely updates.
• Resolve customer queries or coordinate with the relevant team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle calling-based tasks efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with customers.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
