Customer Relationship Executive

Role Description

• Make outbound calls to new leads, existing members, and prospective customers
• Conduct cold calling to generate interest in club services and memberships
• Follow up on inquiries, trial sessions, and walk-ins
• Collect customer feedback and record suggestions or complaints accurately
• Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and follow-up details
• Explain club services, offers, and membership plans clearly over calls
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for conversions and issue resolution
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call sheets)
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
