Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, generate leads, and convert interested customers into potential clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about company services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Address customer queries professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and professional behaviour.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Candidates must be comfortable with calling and client interaction.

Working Details

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week)
• Weekly Off: Monday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work Environment: Office-based; no fieldwork.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
