**Job Summary-**We are looking for a well-groomed and friendly Customer Relationship Executive(CRE) to welcome clients and handle customer relations at our jewellery showroom . You will greet walk-in customers , assist them with their needs, and maintain long-term relationships to build customer loyalty .

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome Clients: Greet walk-in customers warmly and guide them to the right sales counter
• Build Relationships: Call or message existing clients about new collections, festival offers, and birthday wishes
• Handle Inquiries: Answer customer questions about jewellery purity, daily gold rates, and ongoing savings schemes.
• Manage CRM: Maintain accurate records of customer contact details and purchase histories in the computer database.
• After-Sales Support: Assist clients with smooth billing, packing, or product service requests (like repairs and cleaning)

Requirements

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years in retail, hospitality, or front-desk jobs (Freshers can apply).
• Skills:
• Polished, professional appearance and friendly personality.
• Good speaking skills in English and the local language.
• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp Business.
