Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout their clinic journey.

The role involves handling appointments, client communication, follow-ups, and front desk coordination while building strong and long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally and warmly
• Handle front desk operations, phone calls, and WhatsApp inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Explain clinic services and treatments clearly to clients
• Follow up with clients regarding consultations, treatments, and feedback
• Maintain and update client records and appointment databases
• Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth patient management
• Ensure a positive customer experience and high client satisfaction
• Support daily administrative activities of the clinic

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinic, salon, or wellness industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
• Good command of Malayalam and basic English
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM or appointment booking systems is preferred
