About the Company

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to strengthen our customer service team at our Chandrapur dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding vehicle service and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Workshop teams for smooth customer support.
• Maintain customer records and update data in CRM and SAP software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) and follow-up calls.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled as per company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
• Experience in the Automobile Industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP and CRM software.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
