Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Leaders Fitness Academy is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to coordinate with students, follow up on repayments, and provide administrative support. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills who can manage student enquiries and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with students and respond to their enquiries.
• Follow up on pending repayments and support collection.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Maintain clear communication with students and internal staff.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
• Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
