BlackBat AI is hiring a confident and customer-friendly Customer Relationship Executive for our client in Varanasi.

The role involves handling customers, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
• Follow up with customers regularly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain customer records and feedback
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident and presentable personality
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
• Candidates from Varanasi preferred
