Customer Relationship Executive-Interior

Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with experience in the interior design and execution field. The candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients regarding interior design, execution, and project requirements.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, sales, and project execution teams.
• Schedule client meetings, site visits, and discussions.
• Prepare and maintain customer records, follow-up reports, and enquiry details.
• Regularly follow up on quotations, proposals, and project status.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior design/execution field.
• Good knowledge of interior products, materials, and project processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
