Customer Relationship Executive - Kannada Language

The CRE will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, lead management, follow-ups and ensuring excellent customer experience for solar and EV charging station solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to solar rooftop.
• Manage and qualify leads generated through digital platforms, campaigns and referrals.
• Schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for proposal sharing.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years experience/ Freshers can apply.
• Good communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
