Customer Relationship Executive – Pharmaceutical Packaging

About the role

Biomed is a well-established company specializing in pharmaceutical packaging solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers in Thailand. Our product portfolio includes glass vials, ampoules, rubber stoppers, and aluminum caps supplied by leading international manufacturers. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and service-minded individual to manage existing customer accounts, provide customer support, and coordinate with our international suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building long-term customer relationships, and working in an international business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on requirements, and conduct regular customer visits
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and supplier visits in Thailand and overseas
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding quotations, orders, and product information
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve customer issues promptly
• Participate in product training conducted in English and deliver product training to internal teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or a related industry
• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturing customers is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, positive, service-minded, and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken and written English, with confidence communicating with overseas suppliers and participating in meetings and training in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have own car and a valid driving licence
