Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CRM Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help manage customer interactions, maintain accurate client databases, and support our team in delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client communication and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients via call, email, or chat.
• Input, update, and manage accurate customer information in our database/CRM software.
• Assist in resolving basic customer inquiries and following up on leads.
• Support the team with daily administrative and data entry tasks.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and internet navigation).
• Good active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn CRM tools and customer management strategies.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
