Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager

What You'll Do :

• Oversee and optimize the luxury boutique's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure maximum data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy laws.
• Analyze customer data, purchase history, demographic profiles, and shopping frequency to identify key trends, drop-off risks, and high-potential VIP clients.
• Formulate data-backed insights and present actionable business recommendations to retail management and boutique teams to enhance overall client engagement and retention.
• Develop and execute client activation initiatives to increase active membership across all client segmentations, and strengthen client loyalty
• Partner with the Boutique team and Operational team to design bespoke clienteling journeys, private appointment strategies, and high-touch outreach campaigns for top-tier clients.
• Work closely with the marketing, events, PR and retail operations teams to align CRM campaigns with seasonal product launches, boutique events, and PR activities.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• Good command of written and spoken English
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in CRM, Clienteling, Direct Marketing, or Customer Insights, preferably within Luxury Retail, Beauty Industries, or high-end hospitality.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, or proprietary retail CRM systems), BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), and Excel for data manipulation
• Strong knowledge in Luxury Retail Industries and Beauty Industries
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to influence boutique teams, Head Office teams, and present performance metrics to executive leadership.
