- 7. Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
- 8. Manage CRM projects, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- 9. Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, reporting, and campaign planning.
- 10. Stay updated with CRM trends and suggest new ideas to enhance customer experience.
- 11. Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
