Customer Relationship Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Update customer's demand to planning with accuracy.
• Control special operation upon HQ & Customer specification.
• Follow up logistics in Bangkok and Overseas.
• Suggest customer's priority to planning and related parties.
• Suggest/Provide solution with internal when trouble occurs in delivery.
• Conduct & Control logistics route to be on time delivery.
• Coordinate with both internal & external department to deliver and product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Economics, Applied Science (Mathematics or Statistics), Business Administration, or related fields.
• Having 0-3 years experience in CRM (Customer Relation Management) field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong background in statistical subjects and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Good skill at Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, VBA, etc.).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken is a must (TOEIC score 600+ is preferred).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work abroad.
