Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a pro-active and detail-oriented CRM & Marketing Operations Executive / Specialist to manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM platform across the APAC region. The role is responsible for supporting CRM administration, marketing automation, data governance, user adoption, and continuous platform improvement. The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM experience, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve marketing and business processes.

CRM & Marketing Operations Executive / Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Administration

• Administer the HubSpot CRM platform on a day-to-day basis
• Create and maintain contact, company and deal properties
• Manage forms, landing pages and marketing assets
• Build and maintain workflows, automations and email sequences
• Create and manage lists, reports and dashboards
• Support CRM data quality and governance

Business Support

• Gather requirements from Marketing, Sales and Project teams
• Recommend CRM solutions aligned with business processes
• Configure new workflows and automations
• Manage enhancement requests from business units
• Provide first-level HubSpot support to users
• Coordinate testing before new features go live

Platform Governance

• Maintain CRM standards across all APAC business units
• Ensure consistency in data structures and naming conventions
• Review new requests to avoid duplicate fields and unnecessary complexity
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements

Vendor Management

• Work closely with the HubSpot implementation partner
• Coordinate future system enhancements
• Escalate technical issues where necessary
• Evaluate new HubSpot features for adoption

User Training & Adoption

• Conduct HubSpot onboarding for new users
• Prepare simple user guides and documentation
• Organise refresher training sessions
• Promote CRM best practices across the region

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
• Improve campaign efficiency through CRM automation
• Support future integrations with business systems
• Recommend new HubSpot functionality that benefits the organisation

Requirements:

• 2-5 years' experience in CRM, Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or other CRM platforms is an advantage
• Good understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle management
• Experience building workflows, forms and email automations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
