Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Act as the key contact between customers and Brink's
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate issue resolution
- Conduct customer visits and business reviews
- Identify upselling, cross-selling and renewal opportunities
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
About you
- Minimum D3/S1
- 2–3 years experience in CRM, Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success or B2B Sales
- Preferred experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, PJP/PJPUR, Banking or Financial Services
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with strong commercial awareness
- Able to manage multiple customers and priorities
