Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular follow-ups for services, renewals, payments, and pending requirements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.
• Prepare regular reports on customer activities, opportunities, and account status.
• Support sales and business development activities to achieve company targets.
